SUMMARY:
SydSen Recruit is looking for an experienced Hotel Reservationist to join a luxury hotel group in the Middle East. This role is responsible for handling all guest booking enquiries, managing reservations, and supporting front office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update reservation systems
Handle phone, email, and walk-in booking requests
Coordinate with front office and sales teams
Ensure guest satisfaction through accurate and timely bookings

Requirements:

English proficiency
Minimum 3 years of hotel reservations/front office experience
High School qualification and related hospitality experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
