Hotel / Sales Coordinator

A luxury hotel in Polokwane is looking for a dynamic and organised Sales Coordinator to support the Sales & Reservations team while also assisting with front-of-house functions when needed.
This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication, administrative, and hospitality skills, who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate group bookings, events, and corporate reservations
• Assist with daily sales reporting, proposals, and client follow-ups
• Liaise with clients via phone, email and in person with professionalism
• Manage diary bookings for the Sales Manager and GM
• Support reception and front office teams when required
• Maintain filing systems, contracts, and internal records

• 2+ years in a similar role within a hotel or hospitality environment
• Strong admin, computer, and communication skills
• Confident, professional, and able to engage with corporate clients
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask across departments
• Live-out, based in or near Polokwane
