SUMMARY:
Are you passionate about cleanliness, detail, and creating a world-class guest experience?
We’re seeking an experienced and reliable Housekeeper to join our dynamic team at a prestigious 5-star hotel nestled in the heart of Hout Bay.
Key Responsibilities

Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to 5-star luxury standards
Change linens, make beds, vacuum, dust, and restock amenities
Report maintenance issues or room damage to the supervisor
Handle guest requests with discretion, courtesy, and professionalism
Follow hotel health & hygiene protocols (including COVIDâ19 procedures)
Assist with turndown service as required
Work closely with housekeeping supervisors and front office to ensure guest satisfaction

POSITION INFO:
Requirements

Proven housekeeping experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel or luxury lodge (essential)
Meticulous attention to detail and pride in high standards
Able to work under pressure and manage time effectively
Friendly, trustworthy, and team-oriented
Physically fit (must be able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods)
Willing to work weekends, shifts, and holidays
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
Professional grooming and personal hygiene
Reliable transport to/from Hout Bay (advantageous)
