A well-known 5-star private game reserve in the North West province is looking for an experienced HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER to lead its dedicated team

POSITION INFO:
This crucial role ensures guests experience impeccable standards of cleanliness and comfort throughout a stay. Responsibility includes overseeing all housekeeping operations, from managing staff and maintaining inventory to implementing hygiene protocols and ensuring every detail meets five-star expectations. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a unique bushveld setting.

Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager, preferably within a 5-star hotel, lodge, or similar high-end hospitality environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in inventory management and ordering supplies.
Ability to train staff effectively and implement quality control measures.

This live-in role offers a basic salary along with a company contribution to medical aid.
