Participation Biz & Target Planning
1) Involved in pre-sales, provide financial solutions and support bidding solution designing and contract decision-making by finance estimation.
2) Reasonable budget integrated with business planning

Management & Achievement:
1) Project accounting and analysis
2) Mgmt of revenue, cost, inventory, A/R and A/P
3) Rolling forecast based on business planning
4) Project operation risk mgmt. and warning
5) Cash planning and mgmt

Compliance:
1) Obey local legal rule
2) Ensure data quality and local accounting policy compliance in financial posting
3) Internal process compliance and audit assistance
4
Finance support:
1) Project outgoing payment mgmt. (including cash advance, payment to vendor, reimbursement, and so on)
2) Financial process implement and publicize
3) Money collection support

Other adHoc
Other Competencies/Attributes:
 3 years in related field.
 Proven high leadership skills and self motivated
 Independently solve general problems, or carry out tasks in a certain field of project finance and propose valuable feasible advice
