SUMMARY:
Our client in the Rustenburg Area has an opportunity for a Hub Leader

POSITION INFO:

Main Purpose:

• To maximise general branch financial position, customer service and the management of costs through the optimal use of human potential and business assets
• To manage the business processes ensuring compliance to legislation, health and safety
• To plan, manage and direct all activities of the branch in accordance with all policies and procedures, service level requirements and business objectives

 

The successful candidate will have to meet the following minimum requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have at least Matric
• Computer Programs (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint)
• Must have knowledge of Environmental Health and Safety
• Must have drivers license and Own transport

Experience and Duties

• Support EH& Safety efforts of the Company and comply with EH & Safety Policy and applicable laws, regulations and company standards.
• Ensure that EH & S Challenges, Policies and Procedures are communicated to all staff in the branch.
• Conduct regular Self-Inspection to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Ensure all incidents are reported and investigated.
• Ensure fleet is maintained and roadworthy at all times
• Resolution of operational related problems
• Conduct regular meetings & inspections
• Control of Technical margins ,recoverable hours and labour productivity
• Monitor efficiencies of technical department
• Compliance to performance management system and processes
• Implement Training and Development Strategy
• IR practices in Branch
• Ensure sound recruitment and selection process
• Implementation & management of service and quality control system
• Effective implementation of cost saving initiatives
• Management and verification of Payroll input
• Implementation of Sales and marketing plans /strategy
• Sign off all client contract on behalf of the Company
• Ensure monthly targets are met
• Have excellent Customer Care
• Ensure all staff is neatly dressed and well presentable
