Our client is seeking a detail-oriented, structured and well-mannered Human Capital Officer to support the organisation''s HR and employee development functions, focusing on talent management, training, employee retention and performance management in a dynamic manufacturing environment! Essential Qualifications: National Senior Certificate or equivalent (NQF 4) - essential 3+ years of experience with a similar role Key Responsibilities: Talent & Organisational Development: Conduct job descriptions and job analysis Perform skills gap analysis and talent management Develop training materials and support learning initiatives Support organisational development initiatives Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes Drive employee retention strategies and initiatives Support performance management including measurements, development plans and probation reviews
