Requirements:
B.Com Human Resource Management or B.Soc.Sc Qualification
3-5 years extensive experience in Human Resources
Valid RSA Driver's license with own transport essential
Preference will be given to candidates with an Honour's degree
Knowledge and experience in Organizational Design, Job Descriptions, Job Analysis, Offboarding, Retention
Training and development, skills development, skills gap analysis, talent management, developing training materials
Performance assessment, behavioural assessments, Performance improvement plans
Must be computer literate
