Human Resource Business Partner

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Agriculture industry is looking for a Human Capital Business Partner to join their team

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management, Business Administration and/or Industrial Psychology, or related field
• Post graduate degree in Industrial Psychology
• Professional registration as psychometrist and/or industrial psychologist at HPCSA
• Registration as a generalist with the SABPP will be advantageous
• A minimum of 3 years'' experience in a HR generalist role required
• Experience in training and development (especially WSP/ATR, experience in SETA''s)
• Experience in SAGE 300 system preferred
