SUMMARY:

HR Consultant required to join Client in the Contact Centre space. Required to work a “late day shift”. Working hours: 11h00am - 19h00pm.



POSITION INFO:

Purpose of the Job

  • Provide support services to all Business Units within the organization ensuring the effective and consistent management of all employees.
  • Contribute towards the development and on-going review of HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with national legislation to ensure that the company’s liability is minimized.
  • Ensures the tactical implementation of the strategic HR plan, providing advice to a variety of internal stakeholders to manage need fulfillment
  • Displays an affinity for driving success through managing opportunities and driving performance

HR Policies and Governance:

  • Serves as a subject matter expert on a wide range of HR policies and provides advice.
  • Participates in policy design to ensure relevance to local and regional regulations.
  • Monitors new and emerging employment legislation and associate codes of practice.
  • Reviews policies to integrate legislative developments.

 

HR Process Enablement:

  • Review and streamline processes based to ensure accessible and straightforward approach.
  • Continuously improve HR processes to deliver business, compliance, and governance requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of HR through active participation in initiatives, plans, policies, and procedures.

 

Employee Relations Expert:

  • Problem solves employee relations issues.
  • Provides expert advice to business leaders to facilitate a positive employee experience.
  • Contributes to and participates in initiatives that enhances the employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle.

 

HR Digital Platforms Co-ordination:

  • Investigate constant improvement of HR systems to ensure fitness for purpose.
  • Make recommendations on digital approaches to enhance the user experience of HR systems.
  • Responsible for the data integrity of employee data.

 

Data and analytics:

  • Manage the achievement of key metrics as related to HR service delivery.
  • Analyze trends in key metrics and provide recommendations on areas of service delivery improvement.
  • Extract data from systems and generate relevant HR reports.

 

HR Advisor:

  • Deliver advice and guidance to manager and employees on matters related to all HR policies and procedures.
  • Consult and communicate new ways of working to ensure change initiatives are achieved.
  • Support and provide advice on all HR initiatives throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

 

HR Operations Delivery:

  • Responsible for the effective delivery of HR operational requirements.
  • Manage the contract for delivery from the service centre and act as the point of escalation for any break in service delivery.
  • Support the business in any merger and acquisition activity, providing data, engaging with stakeholders, and performing the required analysis.

 

Requirements

  • HR degree or related tertiary qualification
  • International Call Centre / Call Centre HR experience highly advantageous
  • Human Resource experience with a specific focus on HR service delivery / operations
  • Conflict and change management experience
