JOB SUMMARY:
Established company in the hospitality industry seeks an experienced Human Resource Manager to join their business.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties & Responsibilities

Staff and performance management
Liaising with agencies w.r.t new positions that become available
Handle induction processes
Develop, coordinate, and implement systems, policies and procedures whilst ensuring compliance
Handle and resolve complaints and disputes
Manage misconduct and incapacity processes from start to finish

Desired Experience & Qualification

Matric + relevant tertiary qualification
Minimum 5 years HR Management experience with at least 2 years IR experience
Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
HR work experience in hospitality industry beneficial
