Our client int he Agricultural sector is looking for a HR Officer to join there team in White River.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric) with a relevant HR qualification
• Proficient in ERS/BioS Payroll systems
• In-depth knowledge of the Employment Equity Act and Skills Development Act, including statutory reporting processes
• Comprehensive understanding of South African labour legislation and regulations
• Demonstrated experience in chairing disciplinary hearings and representing cases at the CCMA
• Proven ability to engage effectively with union representatives
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and a collaborative approach to teamwork
• Strong organisational, planning, and administrative capabilities
• Valid driver’s licence with willingness to travel nationally and cross-border
