JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client based in the North Coast of KwaZulu-Natal Province, seeks to appoint a suitably qualified Human Resource Practitioner to provide human resources general administrative support, coordination and guidance to management in line with principles of human resource management.

Requirements:

3-year National Diploma or B Degree in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Industrial Relations or an equivalent qualification.
Valid driver’s license.
3 to 5 years’ experience as a Human Resource Generalist, Practitioner or Administrator.
Experience in Pastel/SAGE HR packages would be advantageous.
Knowledge of HRM principles and legislations.

Knowledge & Skills:

HRM Principles and legislation (BCEA; LRA; EEA; PFMA; OHS)
HR Administration
Performance Management
Policy Development and Review
HR Risk Management
Report writing
Presentation and facilitation skills
Networking and people management
Computer literacy (MS Word).

KPAs:

You will be responsible for:

Human Resource Management
Training and Development
Recruitment and Selection
Performance Management
Compliance with legislations and principles of HR Management.
