SUMMARY:
Our client in the Motor Industry has an opportunity available for a Human Resources Administrator in the Randburg area.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

  • Matric with relevant tertiary qualification
  • Proven track record of practical payroll experience required with 3 years solid experience
  • Sage People payroll experience will be an advantage
  • Advance MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook skills required
  • Working knowledge of the relevant legislation e.g. BCEA, EEA, SDA, OHSA, COIDA
  • Proven experience in producing reports
  • Ability to withstand pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Good report writing skills and experience
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Have good aptitude for systems
KPAs:
  • Payroll administration and query resolution including employee payroll queries
  • Ensure leave processing and query resolution
  • Benefit administration, attend to queries including external third parties
  • Oversee all HR systems and troubleshoot, assist users and resolve queries
  • Assist and oversee the management of general staff members
  • Assist with the management of facilities
  • Coordinate and prepare for external audits
  • Ensure all HR administration and filing is completed within the required timelines
  • Take and compile minutes for HR meetings
