Human Resources Business Partner - Paarl - R48 000 - R50 000 per month CTC A premier, growth-focused retail and agricultural group is seeking an experienced, high-performing Human Resources Business Partner to join their team at the Head Office in Paarl. This is an immediate, critical opening for a proactive HR professional ready to drive operational excellence and talent strategy. Key Responsibilities Strategic Execution: Drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, learning & development, and employee retention strategies. Business Advisory: Guide management on labor effectiveness, skills development, employee relations, and HR analytics. Business Integration: Influence and support the effective people-integration of new and acquired business units. Culture & EVP: Champion the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and foster an accelerating performance culture. Digital Transformation: Act as a change agent for HR digital systems and workforce management tools. Compliance: Ensure complete adherence to internal policies, procedures, and external labor regulations. Minimum Requirements Education: Relevant Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management. Experience: 3 to 5 years of operational HR Business Partner experience (preference for retail or agri-retail sectors). Communication: Exceptional engagement and communication skills across all organizational levels. Skills: Strong administrative expertise with rigorous attention to detail.
