We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team will be based in Sandton for a full-time position.

- Experience working with payroll and conducting payroll administration duties is preferable.
- Experience with analysing data and generating insights to guide business decision making.
- A proven track record of establishing excellent relationships with stakeholders and an energetic approach to work.

Responsibilities:- Provide a turnkey solution on HR services as the Business Partner with regards to all HR unit standards e.g., talent management, performance management, ER, L&D, OD etc.
- Conduct regular (weekly or monthly) meetings with respective business units to ensure alignment of people and business objectives.
- Assist with the development, implementation and monitoring of the Veritas People strategy and plan.
- Develop, implement, monitor, and review Veritas HR Policies and Procedures as required.

- Consult with line management on any people related matters and provide HR guidance when appropriate.
- Analyse people trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop value-add solutions, programmes, and policies.
- Execute on the approved service standards applicable to the Human Resources department that foster a customer centric environment.
- Investigate and resolve complex employee relations issues in line company policy and procedure.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all relevant legal requirements related to the day-to-day management of employees in an effort to drive compliance and reduce legal risks.
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions etc.)
- Conduct all necessary payroll administration tasks as and when required.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation as and when required.
- Develop and guide on contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
- Liaise directly between line management and the core HR team in securing the successful implementation of strategic HR initiatives and programmes.
- Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning as and when required.
- Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
- Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of training programme interventions to ensure success.
- Follow up with business stakeholders to ensure training objectives are met.
- Implement high quality HR business partner services that span across the employee lifecycle from selection to off boarding.
Background:- Matric
- Relevant Diploma in Human Resources Management, Organisational Development, Labour Relations, or a related field. NQF 6
- Relevant Graduate Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is desirable.
- 5 Years relevant generalist experience in HR focusing on service delivery across the people value-chain is required.
