The Role:

We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner for our client based in Sandton.

We are looking for your 3 yearsâ?? experience in a Senior HR role, with extensive knowledge of the Healthcare industry.

 

The HR Business Partner oversees all human resources operations for a specific company or companies within the group and ensure s it is aligned with the businessâ??s goals. Ultimately acting as consultant on human resources management and organisational changes.

 

Work experience required:

• Minimum 3 yearsâ?? experience as an HRBP in a senior HR role
• Industrial Relations and Labour Legislation
• HR functions and best practices

 

Minimum educational level:    

Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or Industrial Relations Degree

Responsibilities will include the following:

• Implement group people practices strategy within companies of responsibility and provide input into annual strategy review.
• Uphold company culture, employee value proposition and standardisation of employee experience across the group.
• Consult with managers within companies of responsibility and provide daily HR guidance.
• Resolve all employee relations queries, complaints and issues and address grievances.
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
• Provide HR policy guidance and manage adherence to policies and procedures within companies of
• responsibility.
• Identify training needs for teams and individuals and liaise with LD to develop annual training program.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, company and other reporting and legislation requirements.
• Execute all HR administration according to defined processes and checklists.
• Manage attraction and acquisition of skilled talent as per organisation requirements.
• Ad hoc HR projects.
