Human Resources Manager

SUMMARY:
The HRM is responsible for the provision of support services to line managers in the execution of HR related functions at the facilities.

POSITION INFO:

• 3 Year Degree/ Diploma in Human Resources
• Minimum 3-5 years experience as HR Generalist experience, operating as a transformation of change agent.
• Minimum 5 years management experience.
• Good Knowledge of Remuneration, Talent management, Recruitment and Selection, Learning and Development, Organisational Design and Reengineering, IR and Performance management.
• SAP and KRONOS knowledge is an added advantage
• Extensive experience in a Unionized environment and building employee ralations experience is essential.
