POSITION INFO:
A leading private healthcare facility located in the beautiful Western Cape region of South Africa that are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to the community, are seeking a talented Human Resources Manager (BEE/EE candidate) to join our team on a 30-hour work week basis.

As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our organization by overseeing all aspects of human resources operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
• Managing the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Providing guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
• Maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
• Leading initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention.
• Collaborating with department heads to identify training and development needs and facilitate learning opportunities for staff.
• Contributing to the creation of a positive and inclusive work culture that values diversity and promotes teamwork.

• Relevant degree in Human Resources Management (NQF Level 7)
• Minimum of 3 years experience as an HR manager, preferably within the healthcare industry/generalist.
• In-depth knowledge of South African labor laws and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Payroll systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid drivers license and own car essential.
