Human Resources Manager

Are you a passionate and experienced HR professional ready to make a difference in a dynamic hospitality environment? We are seeking a Hospitality Human Resources Manager to join our client's team and lead the people strategy within the organisation.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, training, and development
• Ensure legal compliance and best practices in employment policies and procedures
• Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive workplace culture
• Lead performance management, appraisals, and talent development initiatives
• Handle payroll coordination and HR reporting in partnership with Finance
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and staffing levels
• Implement HR strategies aligned with the hotel’s vision and guest service excellence

Requirements:

• Local citizens
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years HR management experience, preferably within the hospitality or hotel sector
• Strong knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset with strong emotional intelligence
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support a diverse team
