Exciting new challenge running the HR Department on a mine in Limpopo ensuring

company objectives are met through HR excellence.

Apply sound HR Management principals according to legislation, the

mining charter, SLP and EE reporting

• 5 years in HR management and Mining Industry experience essential.
• Development of staff and best practices in HR
• Implement a robust HR strategy, manage effective performance management

system, EE targets, organograms and independently run HR at the site

• IR advice and union relations
