SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a suitably qualified individual who will support the CEO to ensure seamless and consistent delivery of HR service to all clients and stakeholders.

POSITION INFO:

Duties

Provide Human Resources strategic support.
Ensure compliance with all the Human Resources Policies and Procedures.
Ensure implementation and compliance with all Human Resources related operations processes.
Implement Human Resources administration and HR&REMCO workplan.
Providing administrative support to the office of the CEO.
Provide support in the management of public relations, brand awareness and communication.

Minimum Requirements

Honours Degree in Human Resources Management
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the managing a Human Resources function
Extensive experience in recruitment and selection, talent management, training, organizational development, compensation and benefits, employee relations and all major areas in HR field.
Good understanding of Local labour/employment laws, and HR policies and process
Sound computer literacy (word, excel and power point)
Excellent Project Management and Communication (written and verbal) skills
