Human Resources Manager

SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a suitably qualified individual who will support the CEO to ensure seamless and consistent delivery of HR service to all clients and stakeholders.

POSITION INFO:

Duties

• Provide Human Resources strategic support.
• Ensure compliance with all the Human Resources Policies and Procedures.
• Ensure implementation and compliance with all Human Resources related operations processes.
• Implement Human Resources administration and HR&REMCO workplan.
• Providing administrative support to the office of the CEO.
• Provide support in the management of public relations, brand awareness and communication.

Minimum Requirements

• Honours Degree in Human Resources Management
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the managing a Human Resources function
• Extensive experience in recruitment and selection, talent management, training, organizational development, compensation and benefits, employee relations and all major areas in HR field.
• Good understanding of Local labour/employment laws, and HR policies and process
• Sound computer literacy (word, excel and power point)
• Excellent Project Management and Communication (written and verbal) skills
