SUMMARY:

A vacancy for a well experienced HR Manager has become available at a private hospital group and will be based in the south coast of Kwazulu Natal.

Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years HR management experience with 8 years+ general human resource experience.

POSITION INFO:

The key responsibilities for the role is:

Manage full HR related functions for 3x facilities
Manage full life cycle of the company’s Payroll administration
Represent company at CCMA

Education and experience:

Relevant Human Resources Management Degree

8 years general human resource experience of which minimum 5 years HR management

Experience with Union and Bargaining Council negotiations

Sound knowledge of SA Labour Laws

Knowledge of Sage VIP, Pastel evolutions

Computer proficient in MS office suite
