JOB SUMMARY:
A well-experienced Generalist HR Manager is required for a hospital based in Durban. The key role of the position will include effective and efficient HR services and support within the business unit.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Applicants must have good knowledge of the following:

Transformation, Talent Management, HR and Remuneration systems, Recruitment & Selection, IR & performance management, Learning & Development

Education & skills requirement:
Degree OR Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent NQF Level 7 qualification (essential)
Minimum of 3 years extensive Human Resource Generalist experience at a senior level
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Good knowledge of HR related legislation
Proven track record of Diversity & Relationship management
