Hyde Park, Johannesburg: LEGAL BOOKKEEPER (For small law firm) - Full day or Half day

Minimum Requirements:

-Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English

-Matric / Grade 12

-Financial/Accounting qualification preferred

-Sound practical Legal Bookkeeping experience at specifically a law firm a must (Industry bound - KEY REQUIREMENT, not negotiable)

-Independently functional

-Fully computer literate in MS Office and Pastel

-SARS statutory experience

-Stable employment record and contactable references

-To start as soon as possible

-Work hours can be negotiated (full day or half day) but, preferably a mornings only position

Duties:

-Full Bookkeeping functions for small law firm

-Completing financial reports

-Management accounts

-Managing company ledgers

-Coordinating international payments, debtors and salary payments

-General accounting functions.

Salary: Negotiable depending on Legal Bookkeeping experience (market related)
