POSITION INFO:
Product \/ Feature Team Information (if applicable) IAM Governance ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: · Fundamental knowledge of ServiceNow Product Governance, Risk und Compliance (GRC) with following Modules in focus: Risk Management, Policy Management, Audit Management and Issue Management · Good knowledge of ServiceNow integration technology like Webservices, etc. to integrate SAP and OneIdentity · Must have excellent analysis and conceptual thinking skills to enable you to investigate problems and propose solutions related to compliance conflicts. · Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: · Experienced understanding of Agile Working Model Experienced knowledge of Confluence, Jira and Bitbucket\/GitHub Must be a self-starter and involve yourself in team activities without being waited upon. Must have a systematic and logical approach to problem analysis and solving and document analysis, findings and solutions for potential future reference or as needed. Must have good time management to ensure tasks are delivered in agreed timeframes. Always ensure transparency in activities and scheduled non-office working. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, on both technical and non-technical matters. Ability to work as part of a team, inter-dependant as well as independently and submit deliverables on time and high quality. Above board work ethics is of utmost importance. Ability and willingness to coach and transfer knowledge to fellow colleagues and users as and when required. Willing and able to travel (international) if required. Knowledge Transfer skills and good overarching architecture skills in ITSM Suites WHICH QUALIFICATIONS\/EXPERIENCE DO WE NEED FOR THE ROLE? · Diploma or Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience · ITIL certification (advantageous) · Any Scrum certification (advantageous) · Minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow experience and certification WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES? Be part of a team of experts for IAM processes, in particular Compliance & Risk Management based on ServiceNow Governance, Risk und Compliance (GRC) Product and share your expert knowledge and experience: · Be responsible for the IAM Risk Management application IRMA implemented in the ServiceNow IRM module incl. consulting and supporting application owners or system owners in the usage of the implemented functionality. · Design and manage process of IAM risks (e.g., access risks) and the methodology of compensating controls (design & execution). · Consult and advise in processes in the area of IAM risk lifecycle (definition, detection, handling, reporting). · Consult and advise in processes in the area of IAM compliance management and explain the necessity of principles of need to know, least access and minimum risk. · Share knowledge and business process with team members to ensure that handover of tasks is simple and effective.
