POSITION INFO:
Requirements 3-5 years of experience in an IAM-focused role. Previous pre-sales, consulting, or client-facing experience is advantageous. Strong presentation and communication skills. Ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders. Commercial awareness and a customer-centric approach. Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Design and architect IAM solutions tailored to client requirements. Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs). Advise clients on identity strategy, privileged access management, and zero-trust initiatives. Support RFI and RFP responses with technical expertise. Position identity solutions within broader cybersecurity ecosystems. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer outcomes. Represent the business at customer engagements, vendor events, and industry forums. Hands-on experience with CyberArk and\/or Okta. Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Identity Governance, and Lifecycle Management. Solid knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML 2.0. Understanding of RBAC, ABAC, passwordless authentication, FIDO2, and modern identity security concepts. Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and cloud identity architectures. Knowledge of AWS and Google Cloud identity services. Understanding of hybrid and multi-cloud identity environments. Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture, Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR), and identity governance principles. Familiarity with POPIA, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and modern security frameworks.
