JOB SUMMARY:
ICT Infrastructure Specialist Vacancy Available!! Our leading client in the FMCG Sector is looking to employ a ICT Infrastructure Specialist to join their dynamic team in Humansdorp.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Performance Areas:

The Infrastructure specialist would be responsible for managing the ICT managed infrastructure environment.
The deliverables would include business as usual tasks and project implementation.
Project management experience is advantageous.
The successful candidate must understand ITIL v3 and ICT service management.
The individual must also have thorough understanding of Routing and Firewall.

The individual must have worked with the below mentioned technologies for a minimum of 2 years:

Microsoft server operating systems 2012-2019
Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange
Disaster recovery experience, Storage and Network experience advantageous
Virtualization, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
Enterprise Backup Management
Group Policy Management, Enterprise Antivirus.

Knowledge and Skills:

The successful candidate must have matriculated along with the relevant tertiary qualifications.
In addition, the successful candidate should be a self starter and be comfortable with analytical fault finding and analysis.
The candidate must have excellent English communication skills, good working knowledge of Word and Excel.
The successful candidate must be friendly, helpful and courteous to all users.
