ICT Sales Representative

POSITION INFO:
Our client, based in Johannesburg, is looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join their growing ICT sales team. In this role, you will assist with identifying new leads, promoting ICT products and services, and building long-term client relationships. You'll work closely with other sales professionals and technical teams to develop your skills and close meaningful deals.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Relevant qualification and/or experience (non-negotiable)
• Strong interest in ICT and modern technology solutions
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
• Self-driven, eager to learn, and results-focused
• Basic knowledge of ICT products like cloud services, networking, or cybersecurity (advantageous)
• Existing client database (advantageous)

• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities in the ICT sector
• Conduct market research and maintain an understanding of industry trends
• Engage with prospective clients through calls, emails, and meetings
• Assist with preparing and presenting sales proposals and product offerings
• Keep detailed records of sales activity using CRM tools
• Support deal negotiation and closure under senior guidance
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure solutions meet client needs
• Deliver excellent post-sales support and build lasting client relationships
