Skills and Experience:
Required Qualification:
- ITIL foundation,
- IT National Diploma,
- A+,
- N+,
- MCP,
- NQF,
- Level 4 Technical SupportÂ
Experience required:
- 2-3 year experience in IT Support/Service Desk
- A minimum of 2 years relevant experience supporting client computer devices
- Advanced desktop support knowledge and strong technical abilities
- Working knowledges of Microsoft Windows 10 as well as various software packing including MS office365
