About the Role

You’ll spearhead the strategic direction and operational performance of ICT services across the organisation. This includes governance, security, digital transformation, systems management, and team leadership — ensuring alignment with corporate growth, compliance, and innovation.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement a forward-looking ICT strategy

• Oversee ICT governance, compliance, and audit functions

• Manage infrastructure, systems, and operational ICT delivery

• Lead high-impact ICT projects and budgets (CAPEX & OPEX)

• Drive business continuity, disaster recovery, and cyber resilience

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships and SLAs

• Mentor and manage ICT specialists and technical teams

What You Bring

• A 4-year qualification in Information Communication Technology

• MBA or equivalent leadership qualification (advantageous)

• 7–10 years’ experience in ICT, including 3+ in a commercial setting

• Strong knowledge of ICT risk, governance, and legislation (PFMA, BBBEE, etc.)

• Experience in ERP, business intelligence, and IT infrastructure

• Proven stakeholder management across regulatory, business, and vendor landscapes

• Project management certification preferred

• People-first leadership with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
