SUMMARY:
We are looking for an analytical, solutions-focused ICT Systems Analyst to act as the link between our business operations and internal development function.
The role will involve understanding business processes, identifying opportunities for systemisation, automation and optimisation, translating business requirements into functional solutions, and working closely with developers to deliver and implement these solutions across the organisation.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Engage with business departments to understand processes, challenges and system requirements. Analyse existing systems and processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimisation and digitalisation. Translate business requirements into functional specifications, workflows, process maps, BRDs, FRSs and wireframes. Design functional solutions and act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and developers. Coordinate systems through development, testing, implementation and rollout. Conduct user acceptance testing and identify system gaps, bugs and improvement opportunities. Support national system implementation, including user training, SOP development and adoption. Monitor system usage, data quality and functionality, conducting ongoing reviews to identify issues and opportunities for improvement. Gather user feedback and work with developers to continuously enhance systems. Manage and prioritise multiple systems and projects to ensure they deliver measurable business value. Requirements Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or a related field. Experience in systems analysis, business systems, process optimisation, automation or a similar technology-focused role. Understanding of software development lifecycles and experience working with developers. Experience translating business requirements into functional system specifications. Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams. Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities. Advantageous Experience with: SQL \/ databases APIs and system integrations Workflow automation CRM \/ ticketing systems Software testing Process mapping and optimisation Systems implementation and user adoption
