ICT Systems Engineer

POSITION INFO:

Degree or diploma in Computer Science or similar field
Proven experience with ISO 27001 technical compliance
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in ICT infrastructure across cloud and on-premise environments
Strong networking background including VPNs, DNS, firewalls, routers and VLANs
Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform or similar such as AWS or Azure
Experience with Linux-based systems, Docker, Kubernetes and DevOps toolchains
High-level proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace tools
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English

Key Responsibilities:
Design and manage secure, scalable ICT and IIoT infrastructure across global sites
Implement and maintain cloud services, backup systems and disaster recovery plans
Manage and troubleshoot networks, including firewall and VPN configurations
Support remote monitoring systems for IIoT devices and cloud data flow
Lead implementation of best-in-class security tools and practices
Assist DevOps with infrastructure support, cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines
Monitor system performance, analyse trends and proactively optimise resources
Document processes, support end-users and continuously drive system improvement
