SUMMARY:
A major hospital group, the largest of their sort in South Africa, is looking for an experienced Unit Manager to head their highly skilled AICU team.

POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and management of the team, including but are not limited to:

Managing a team of 40 over three divisions.
Monitoring and ensuring quality of care.
Capacity building, mentoring, and training.
Administration.

Minimum Requirements:

Completed relevant nursing qualification (e.g. BCur or diploma).
ICU post basic qualification.
SANC registered.
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a UM.
Solid ICU experience.
