Main Job Responsibilities

• Knowledge in Induction Furnace operations
• Knowledge in Scrap qualityKnowledge in Maintaining the quantity of liquid steel
• Knowledge in Increasing the metal volume in furnace
• Knowledge in Decreasing the power consumption and tap to tap turns
• Knowledge in Controlling and maintaining the temperature of liquid steel
• Knowledge in Hot and Empty Furnace Conditions checking after taping
• Knowledge in Chemical composition of all metal Grades
• Knowledge in Ferro alloys and Auditioning in the Liquid Steel
• Knowledge in Electrical/ Liquid Sintering
• Knowledge in Acid & neutral Refractory for Lining the induction furnaces
• Knowledge in Breaking the linings,, Making New Linings
• Knowledge in Various Grade Billet Quality Specifications
• Reporting day to day production activities to Head- Operations

 Qualifications and Experience

•  Matric
• Minimum of 8 -20 years'' experience in Higher Capacity induction Furnace Operations
• Extensive international experience and management experience
• Knowledge Skill and Attributes
• Substantial knowledge and experience of induction of furnace Steel production processes
