JOB SUMMARY:
We currently have an existing vacancy for the above position at a insurance/bond originator company and wish to invite suitably qualified applicants to submit their details for our consideration. You will be reporting into the Insurance Administrator Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Purpose of the role

To ensure the details of all clients are up to date and accurate so debit orders can be executed efficiently. Assist with all other admin functions

Focus of the role

  • Registration administration
  • General administration

Responsibility and Duties

  • Receive confirmation from sales admin that bond has registered
  • Confirm that all registration details are correct
  • Communicate and confirm new debit order with clients Ø
  • Follow up and resolve on outstanding registration problems with the client or Metropolitan Ø
  • Confirm activation of debit order on all systems Ø
  • Assist in processing of sales (capturing, attorneys, confirmations) Ø
  • Assist in conservation

Requirements

  • Matric (NQF 4)
  • RE5 (preferably)
  • Own transport
  • 3 years’ experience in Insurance environment
