POSITION INFO:
A well-established and successful manufacturing company based in Springs is looking for a mature, dynamic, organised and highly capable Internal Sales, Tenders & Marketing Coordinator to join their team. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing internal sales, tenders, supplier\/vendor administration, PA responsibilities and marketing activities . Key Responsibilities Internal Sales Handle customer enquiries and provide quotations. Process sales orders and follow up on orders and deliveries. Liaise with customers regarding pricing, product availability and lead times. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Provide administrative support to the external sales team where required. Tenders Identify and monitor relevant tender opportunities. Prepare and coordinate tender documentation and submissions. Ensure all tender requirements and deadlines are met. Liaise with internal departments, customers and suppliers to obtain the necessary information. Maintain accurate records of tender submissions and outcomes. Vendor \/ Supplier Administration Liaise with suppliers and service providers regarding pricing, orders and deliveries. Obtain and compare supplier quotations. Maintain vendor records and documentation. Assist with supplier negotiations and general vendor administration. PA \/ Executive Support Provide administrative and organisational support to management. Manage diaries, meetings, correspondence and appointments. Prepare documents, reports, presentations and general correspondence. Assist with travel arrangements and other ad hoc administrative requirements. Handle confidential information professionally. Marketing Assist with the coordination of marketing activities and campaigns. Maintain company and product information. Assist with social media, website and digital marketing content. Coordinate marketing materials, brochures and presentations. Assist with exhibitions, customer events and promotional activities. Support the sales team with marketing initiatives and presentations. Minimum Requirements Matric \/ Grade 12. Minimum 5-10 years'' experience in a similar multi-functional role. Experience in internal sales and customer service . Previous experience with tenders \/ tender administration would be advantageous. Manufacturing, engineering or industrial industry experience would be highly beneficial. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational and administration skills. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities. Professional, confident and customer-focused.
