POSITION INFO:
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Sales Administrator \/ Telesales to join our team. This hybrid role is key to supporting our external sales team, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving sales through phone and walk-in interactions. Your key duties will include: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers Following up on leads, quotes, and inquiries Identifying new business opportunities and referring complex leads to sales reps Building and maintaining customer relationships Processing quotes, picking slips, and invoices Planning daily deliveries based on area and urgency QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Matric \/ Grade 12 +1 - 3 years of experience in sales support, telesales, and or internal sales role Proficiency in MS Office and ERP system (Pastel Preferred) PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES Sales Driven: Passionate about sales and motivated by achieving targets Customer Focused: Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to excellent service Tech-Savvy: Confident in MS Office and ERP systems Detail-Oriented & Organised: Able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy Proactive: Takes initiative and performs well under pressure
