JOB SUMMARY:
Internal Sales
Midrand based
R250 000 to R300 000 per annum

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:
Will be selling door, window and safety technology, and automatic doors.

Processing of orders
Ensuring despatch of orders
Follow up on back orders
Follow up on quotations sent out
Assist with walk-in customers
Assist sales representatives with queries and pricing
Customer service
Understand customer needs and requirements

Projects

Manage the project sales logistics.
Ensure the purchase orders/stock requests are placed timeously and received with the assistance of the procurement administrator
Ensure that the stock is on hand
Ensure the project is packed as per the requirements
Ensure the project is invoiced correctly and as per the customer’s requirements
Verify and report on the margins on the project
Assist accounts with queries or reconciliations
