SUMMARY:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Invoicing Clerk to support administrative and financial processes within a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong system knowledge, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks related to vehicle documentation and invoicing.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric
Previous experience in an invoicing or administrative role
SAP experience (essential)
Strong Excel skills
Good understanding of vehicle administration processes (invoicing, floorplan, gate passes, movements, roadworthy compliance)
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure
