POSITION INFO:

Brings no fewer than 5 years’ experience in IPCM, capacity planning, or operations management
Holds practical expertise in ITIL frameworks (certification strongly preferred), using them to guide process governance and service excellence
Possesses a sharp analytical mind, capable of decoding the most arcane datasets and performance reports
Demonstrates fluency in ERP and ITSM systems — the modern detective’s toolkit
A natural leader, articulate communicator, and problem-solver of the first order
Educated to degree level in Engineering, Operations Management, IT, or another field of technical and tactical relevance
