Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in incident, problem, and change management
Leadership and operational management background
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement across regions
ITIL knowledge or certification

Qualification:
Relevant IT-related degree or diploma
ITIL certification or equivalent highly advantageous
