POSITION INFO:
This isn’t just a management role, it’s a mission. As IPCM Operations Manager, you’ll be the air traffic controller of technology, ensuring smooth landings when incidents arise, rerouting problems before they spiral, and clearing change requests for safe takeoff. You’ll lead a skilled team, set the flight path for strategy, and track every metric like radar on a stormy night. Skills & Experience:
Proven experience managing incidents, problems, and change like a captain steering through turbulence
Strong leadership and operational management—rally your crew and keep them steady under pressure
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, with a cool head when alarms go off
Stakeholder communication and engagement across regions—because a steady voice calms the storm
ITIL knowledge—your navigation chart through complex systems

Qualification:
Relevant IT degree or diploma preferred, ITIL certification advantageous
