POSITION INFO:

As IPCM Operations Manager, you’ll be the air traffic controller of technology, ensuring smooth landings when incidents arise, rerouting problems before they spiral, and clearing change requests for safe takeoff. Proven experience managing incidents, problems, and change like a captain steering through turbulence

Qualification:
