IR Consultant

SUMMARY:
Our client, an established HR outsourcing company, is seeking an IR Consultant to join their team based in Cape Town CBD.

POSITION INFO:
The successful candidate's responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Manage labour relations matters and provide IR advice to clients. Chair disciplinary and grievance processes. Represent clients at the CCMA and Bargaining Council. Draft contracts, policies, and other labour-related documentation. Conduct IR training, compliance audits, and legislative updates. Develop strategies to ensure compliance and minimise labour relations risks. Minimum requirements: Relevant degree (e.g. HR, Industrial Psychology, LLB) 3 years of experience Experience independently representing at the CCMA and Bargaining Councils Experience independently running with dismissal procedures, conciliations and arbitrations Apply now!
