SUMMARY:
The ideal position for a qualified and experienced Industrial Relations Consultant from the steel industry. Exposure to all aspects of IR with specialisation in BCEA, LRA and EE. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential.

Matric
Relevant qualification
Specialist in Acts, (BCEA, LRA, EE)

Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure all IR practices comply with labour legislation
Develop employee relationships
Assist with HR administration
Assist Management with IR related queries, such as; warnings, CCMA cases and hearings
Applying Dispute resolution processes
Assisting with grievance matters
Conduct the necessary pre-hearing investigations
