IR / HR Officer

Our much respected and prominent client in the citrus industry, has an Industrial Relations / Human Resource Officer position available at their Kirkwood operation.

The role of the IR / HR Officer is to co-contribute to the enablement of Line Managers and Department Heads to take ownership of talent.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Umalusi national senior certificate).
• A relevant B-Degree (M+3).
• 2 or more years integrated exposure in IR/HR.
• Extensive understanding of the portfolio of Human Resources Management.
• Knowledge of the fruit agricultural industry.
• General business acumen.
• Intermediate usage of Microsoft Office.

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Advise on general HR issues.
• Advise on Labour Relations issues.
• Provide Disciplinary and Grievance guidance.
• Policy and documentation compliance.
• Manage Ad Hoc HR tasks.
