SUMMARY:
Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing company in the hospitality and gaming industry, is seeking an experienced and motivated IR Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing all aspects of Industrial Relations for the company, ensuring compliance with labour laws and promoting a positive work culture.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements

Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
HR Diploma or Degree will be preferred.
Labour Law Degree or similar qualification.
Minimum 3 to 8 years of experience in an HR environment, with a focus on Industrial Relations.
Strong knowledge of South African labour laws and regulations.
Ability to travel nationally as required.
Own transport and valid driver's license.
