IR Officer
Secunda
R25 000 to R30 000 per month

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Post grade 12 HR/IR qualification.
Computer literate (MS Office).
Good interpersonal, negotiation, analytical.
Minimum of 5 years related experience.
Familiar and conversant with labour related legislation Labour Relations Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Employment Equity Act, and The Skills Development Act.
Must be in possession of a valid Driver’s Licence.
Knowledge of the Metal Industries Main Agreement will be a clear advantage
