IR Specialist

POSITION INFO:

We are looking for an IR Specialist to join an Insurance company which is based in Midrand.

The person MUST have the following:-

5 - 7 years IR experience

CCMA/Bargaining Council experience in Conciliations AND Arbitrations

Must have experience in wage negotiations in an Unionized environment

Must have a relevant degree and advance Labour Certificate
